Shipping policy
How long will it take to process my order?
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Any order placed after 5 p.m. will not begin being processed until the next business day.
How long will it take to ship my order?
- Your order will be shipped out after being processed. Standard shipping takes up to 7 business days.
- *Due to the pandemic shipping times may be delayed, but rest assured, your items will still be shipped after the 1-3 processing days.
What are the shipping costs?
- Shipping is free for all orders over $75 (not including taxes).
- Orders under $75 will incur a $5 flat rate shipping cost.
Do you offer international shipping?
- We currently do not offer international shipping. We ship within the 48 contiguous United States.
Am I able to cancel my order or update my shipping address?
- Yes, you are able to cancel your order and update your shipping address up to 5 hours after it has been placed. Unfortunately, after 5 hours you will no longer be able to update your shipping address or cancel your order (please refer to our return policy).
- To process a cancelation or update your shipping address, please email us at ClientServices@kimgomillion.com with your order number as the subject, your name, and a description of your request.
How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
- If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at ClientServices@kimgomillion.com with your order number as the subject, your name, and a description of your inquiry, and we will look into it for you.
